Author Catherine DeMonte has been a  psychotherapist for three decades. She created small-group 8-session Abundance Circles in 2016 when she realized her clients all seemed to have One Big Thing missing for them in life which created deep regret and sadness; could be a partner or baby, work they loved, or financial security- whatever it was for them, this feeling that something was missing in life was often what drove them into therapy in the first place. Out of these Circles, her book Beep! Beep! Get Out of My Way! Seven Tools for Powerful Creation and Living Your Unstoppable Life was created. In July, her Beep! Beep! Get Out of My Way companion guided journal came out. Both are available on Amazon.
